Tennessee Repossession Recording: Must be filed on record in the
Registrar's office in the county where the Tennessee Repossession
mortgagor resides; if non-resident, in the county where the property is
located. Uniform Commercial Code adopted July, 1964.
Tennessee Repossession Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted.
Tennessee Repossession Redemption: Ten day repo redemption.
